  3. Offer and Conclusion of Contract
    The product descriptions in the online shop are non-binding offers. By filling out the order form and clicking “Order,” the customer submits a binding offer. The contract comes into effect upon our acceptance.

    All prices are stated in Euros and include the statutory value-added tax. Payment can be made via PayPal, Stripe, or credit card.

  5. Delivery
    Delivery will be made to the address provided by the customer within the EU and the United Kingdom. The typical delivery time is 5-7 working days for Germany. For deliveries outside of Germany, the delivery time may be longer.

  6. Right of Withdrawal
    The customer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without stating any reasons. The withdrawal period begins upon receipt of the goods. The customer must inform us of the withdrawal.

  7. Warranty
    The statutory warranty rights apply. In case of defects, the customer is entitled to subsequent performance, withdrawal, or reduction.

    We are liable for damages caused by simple negligence only in case of violation of essential contractual obligations.
